Dear Dog Owner,

Welcome to our Dog Play Day! We are thrilled to provide a space where your furry friend can socialize, play, and have a great time. Before participating, we require all dog owners to read and acknowledge the following:

Assumption of Risk: I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my dog’s behavior and actions while on the property of Noel Pepin Canine. I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with allowing dogs to interact, including but not limited to, injuries to dogs, property damage, and transmission of diseases.

Liability Release: I hereby waive, release, and agree not to bring any claims or lawsuits against Noel Pepin Canine, their employees, or volunteers for any injury, death, or damages arising from my dog’s actions or behavior while on the property.

Owner Responsibility: I confirm that my dog is in good health, up-to-date with vaccinations, and does not have any contagious conditions. I agree to be solely responsible for any and all acts or behavior of my dog while on the property and to indemnify and hold harmless Noel Pepin Canine from any claims, lawsuits, injuries, damages, or losses caused by my dog.

Emergency Care: In the event of an emergency involving my dog, I authorize Noel Pepin Canine to obtain emergency veterinary care. I agree to be responsible for any expenses incurred for such care.

Compliance with Rules: I agree to comply with all the rules and regulations established by Noel Pepin Canine for the safety and security of all participants and dogs.

Photo Release: I grant Noel Pepin Canine the right to photograph my dog and me during the event and to use these photos for promotional or educational purposes.

By registering on the website for ‘Play Days’, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and agree to the terms and conditions of this Liability Waiver.
